Breathology is the art, study, and science of breath awareness and breathing methods that benefit the Mind, Body, and Spirit. According to some ancient philosophies, Breath is the first food. As such we will carve time out to honor and sync in with the life sustaining source that is the breath. Sessions include guided meditative breath exercises, healing sounds, and optional aromatherapy to open the airways deeper.
